1.We assume responsibility for replacing or repairing incorrect or defective products.
2.If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may return it within 15 days of receipt of the product.
3.Customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How do I return?
Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Please send your order number and email to contact us page.
Once your return request was approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal/bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
